1. General Definitions

In this terms and conditions document, the following words carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the bull99e website, including all pages, features, and services available under the domain bull99e.org.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the bull99e platform and holds an active account.
• "Services" refers to all gambling and betting products offered by bull99e, including slots, live casino, sports betting, and esports.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, promotional offers, or incentives given by bull99e to members under specific conditions.
• "Funds" refers to the monetary balance deposited in or held within a member's account on the bull99e platform.

2. Membership Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use bull99e services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of account registration.
• Act on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not be on a self-exclusion list or any prohibition list established by the relevant authorities.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be experiencing clinically recognised gambling problems and not be in an active gambling treatment programme.

bull99e reserves the right to reject a registration application or close an existing account if there is reasonable cause to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met, without being required to provide any specific reason.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

When registering a bull99e account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. The information required includes your full name as per a valid identity document, an active mobile phone number, a valid email address, and other details requested in the registration form.

You are responsible for ensuring your profile information is kept up to date should any changes occur. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays in withdrawal processing or account suspension.

3.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one bull99e account at any time. This includes one account per IP address, device, and mailing address. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account password and login information. Do not share your login information with any other party. bull99e will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

bull99e accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and ETH.

4.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit accepted is RM10 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal allowed is RM50. Standard withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes depending on the payment method selected.

4.3 Identity Verification

bull99e reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include submission of a copy of your identity card (MyKad), proof of address, or other relevant information to comply with legal requirements related to anti-money laundering.

4.4 Third-Party Funds

It is strictly prohibited to use a payment account that does not belong to you for deposit or withdrawal purposes. Any deposit received from a third party will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending further investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New bull99e members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 120% on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Wagering required: RM120 × 20 = RM2,400
• Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM888 → Account balance RM2,488 → Wagering required: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760

5.2 General Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by bull99e are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the offer. The offer period, eligibility requirements, and wagering requirements may vary by promotion type. bull99e reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.3 VIP Programme

The bull99e VIP programme offers four membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides different weekly cashback benefits — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, and Platinum up to 0.8%. Progress through VIP tiers depends on consistent betting activity and active participation on the platform.

6. Member Conduct

bull99e members are required to conduct themselves in a responsible and lawful manner at all times. The following are strictly prohibited on the bull99e platform:

• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets.
• Any form of fraud, including misrepresentation of information or manipulation of the system.
• Taking advantage of technical errors or system disruptions to obtain an unfair benefit.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions, including strategies that go against the spirit of the offer.
• Any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or the experience of other users.
• Attempts to access another user's account or bull99e's internal systems without authorisation.

bull99e reviews all accounts periodically and reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, should any suspicious activity or violation of these terms be detected.

7. Limitation of Liability

bull99e provides an online gambling platform to the best of its ability and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or delays at all times.

bull99e is not responsible for any loss or damage experienced by members arising from:

• Technical disruptions, server failures, or unexpected website downtime.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Betting or game outcomes that occur through legitimate random mechanisms.
• Loss of account access resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 bull99e's Rights

bull99e reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to a breach of these terms and conditions, recommendations or instructions from legal authorities, suspicious activity, or internal business decisions.

8.2 Account Closure by Member

Members may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the bull99e customer support team. Any valid fund balance in the account will be returned to the member in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to the required verification.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to take a break from gambling may contact bull99e customer support for assistance with using the self-exclusion tool. This option is available to all members as part of our commitment to responsible gambling.

9. Responsible Gambling

bull99e is committed to responsible gambling practices and recognises that gambling, while entertaining, can cause problems for some individuals. We encourage all members to play within their own means.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

bull99e operates under an international licence and complies with the regulatory requirements applicable to online gambling operations. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bull99e holds its licence.

Any dispute arising between a member and bull99e shall be resolved through the following process in order:

• First stage: Contact the bull99e customer support team via live chat or email to resolve the issue directly.
• Second stage: If the issue cannot be resolved at the first stage, the relevant party may bring the dispute to the bull99e management team for review and resolution.
• Third stage: Should the dispute still not be resolved internally, the parties may submit the matter to the relevant regulatory body in accordance with the licensing terms that govern bull99e's operations.

Communication throughout all dispute processes may be conducted in Malay or English, in line with bull99e's commitment to bilingual customer service.
